By using KoalaRay (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Using the Service

KoalaRay lets you create and download invitations for free. You may use the designs you create for personal and commercial events. You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful or infringing content, or attempting to disrupt the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the text and images you add to your designs. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your invitations.

4. Templates & assets

Templates and built-in assets are provided for use within invitations you create. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as stand-alone assets.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KoalaRay is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
