1. The short version

You can create and download invitations on KoalaRay without an account and without giving us any personal information. If you choose to create a free account so you can save your designs, we store that data on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Information we collect

  • Nothing required to use the tool. Designing and downloading an invitation happens in your browser and requires no signup.
  • Optional account data. If you sign up, we store your email address and the invitation designs you choose to save (including design content and thumbnails). This is stored using our database provider, Supabase.
  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic (pages visited, device type, approximate region). This uses cookies.
  • Advertising & affiliates (if enabled). If we display ads or link to partner services in the future, those third parties may set their own cookies. See section 5.

3. How we use your information

To provide and improve the tool, to let signed-in users save and manage their designs, and to understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Account data and saved designs are stored with Supabase. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies & third parties

We use cookies for analytics. If advertising is enabled, ad partners (such as Google) may use cookies to serve and measure ads; you can learn about and opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings. Affiliate links, if present, may set cookies to attribute referrals.

6. Your choices & rights

You can use KoalaRay entirely without an account. If you have an account, you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children

KoalaRay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
